It helps to include your device, its system version, and whether you were in Classic or on an Adventure level.

Common questions

• How do I play? Drag any of the three pieces onto the board. A full row or column clears. When none of your pieces fit anywhere, the run is over.
• Can I rotate a piece? No. Every piece keeps its shape, which is what makes choosing where to put it matter.
• How do combos work? Clear lines again within three moves of your last clear and the combo grows, multiplying the points for every line.
• Can I play with a keyboard? Yes, on Mac and on iPad: 1, 2 and 3 pick a piece, the arrow keys move it, Return drops it and Escape pauses.
• My progress disappeared. Progress is saved on the device, so deleting the game deletes it. Game Center keeps your best score and highest level.
• I bought Remove Ads on another device. Open Settings and tap Restore purchases.
• The sound is silent. Check Sound effects and Music in Settings. The game plays even when the ring switch is on silent, so those switches are its mute.

Privacy

The short version: no account and no personal information. On iPhone and iPad the game shows ads, and it counts how it is played and reports crashes so we can fix them. The full privacy policy has the detail, and the same text is in the game under Settings.
